Harrin
A broad, windswept world of low plains of long wispy grass, shallow inland seas, and gently weathered hills where era upon era of erosion has long since worn away towering mountains. Powerful and predictable winds shape the landscape, as well as the people who inhabit this world.
The ancient monasteries of the most influential psionic order on Harrin are built upon many layers of ancestral foundations, with graceful wind towers and resonant stone architecture meant to produce low, soothing hums as the air passes through them. These sounds are mythologized by order, who instruct those they train to use them as aids to focus and meditate.
Away from the monasteries, farms and orchards are found across the plains outside walled cities, carefully positioned behind the wind shadows of architecture, wind-bent forests, and natural rock formations.
