Updated books, bookshop, publisher to v2. Updated ticket system to v2.
Expanded book/bookshop/publisher page to add tabs for different sections and ability to collapse sections. Updated ticket system to sync across account and updated with account name.

Split Groups/Allegiances into Factions and Allegiances.
Removed groups. Replaced with updated Faction system v.5, and expanded Allegiances into its own section to allow for Republic, Empire, Hutt, etc outside of the Accord.
